Bushland scarf

I was looking at the colours through the trees while driving home through the Dandenong Ranges outside Melbourne Australia.  I liked the colours and wanted to create a scarf that captured the colour.  I had just read the colour chapter in Last Minute Knitted Gifts and had plans to make a Purl Scarf.

This is what I came up with.

Each yarn was a combination of wool and mohair in a different weight and proportion of mohair.
