Shoulder shawl in syrian pattern

Cleckheaton bamboo on 4.5 mm needles

This pattern is from Victorian Lace today.  I am using up the leftover bamboo from my summer clapotis.  I have 5 balls, it looks like I will need 3 – 3.5 balls for the shawl which leaves 1 – 1.5 balls for the border.

October:  Still plodding along with this.  I pick it up and do a few rows every now and then.  Almost finished the second ball.

Finished on 28th December.  Left it at 3 balls of Bamboo.

Modifications:

No lace edging along sides

Added an eyelet edge to the top.

Size 160cm wide, 70cm deep
