I have just been looking at the photo gallery for the Citron Shawl from Knitty and I already want 3!

I plan on making one in this polwarth/silk/cashmere that will be snuggly and warm.

After looking at the gallery though a small ‘neck ruffle’ in variegated sock wool would be good and I would also like one in a linen blend for summer.

A couple of people have done the ruched sections in kid silk haze but kept the whole thing the same colour which looks fabulous too. Maybe I can do a small one using a skein of Colinette Jitterbug and Parisienne, maybe Gauguin.

Decisions decisions. One thing that is really obvious; consistent tension is the key to getting this shawl to look good.
