For Mother’s Day I got 2 skeins of zauberball to weave a scarf. The zauberball had a lot of thin and thick bits and is very sticky. I like the final result although it wasn’t what I expected from a superwash sock wool. I was expecting something a bit more uniform and a lot less sticky.

The result is a loosely woven scarf that is quite rustic and uneven.  It scrunches up really nicely and is very light to wear.  As it is 40cm x 160cm it will get a lot of wear all year round.  A light summer shawl and a large winter scarf.
